Felix is a chartered physiotherapist who incorporated Pilates into his rehabilitation practice in 2015 after observing that his post-injury clients who took Pilates classes recovered measurably faster than those who didn't. He completed comprehensive Pilates teacher training and now splits his time between his physiotherapy clinic and a small private Pilates practice that focuses on injury rehabilitation.
He writes about Pilates the way a clinician thinks about it: as a graded, scalable exercise system for people whose bodies hurt. Not as a wellness lifestyle.
