Teacher Training & Sessions

Purely Pilates offers the finest in Classical Pilates Teacher Training as the affiliate training center for Power Pilates of New York City. We offer mat certification as well as comprehensive teacher training. This training is classical, adhering closely to the method as Joseph Pilates invented it; systematic, teaching everyone at the beginner level and progressing through intermediate to advanced work; and integrative, incorporating all of the apparatus.

There is also a Bridge Program that enables those with another Pilates certification, to obtain a certification with Power Pilates.

Purely Pilates offers continuing education for teachers who want to keep up their certificates and continue to add to their own education about Pilates.
