Stephanie Barada

Stephanie is a former tri-athlete who spent many years running long distances and sustaining many injuries. It wasn't until after having 2 C- Sections in a short period of time and breaking her ankle that her body 'gave up' and she was confronted with physical therapy and pain medications in order to cope. It was at that time that she discovered Pilates. It truly changed her body and life. She now lives pain-free and looks forward to sharing this amazing program with other athletes and individuals who want to achieve a strong, pain-free body. She is currently an Apprentice instructor in the Power Pilates certification program through Purely Pilates.

Rocio Rodriguez

Rocio Rodriguez came to Purely Pilates as a client. Her passion for Pilates led her to pursue getting her Power Pilates certification. She is currently an apprentice in the teacher training program. Rocio is a licensed social worker and a mother.
