The Web Scheduler Explained

The Web Scheduler carries our schedule for classes and appointments.

How to schedule a class:

If you would like to schedule a class for the first time please contact us and let us know what class times or appointment times are preferable for you. We will call you back or email you to confirm that you have a reserved space in that class. If the class is full we will try to confirm you for another time that works for your schedule.

Credit Cards:

Please note that we accept credit cards (except for American Express). We will happily reserve your space for free if you call or email us with your request.

Online Access:

To access your information on line you must sign up to receive a log-in account number. We will verify your information to allow you to connect to your account information. If we don’t recognize you as a current client you will not gain access to your account. If you encounter a problem during the sign in process please let us know. If you forget your log-in or password, please email us and we will reset the information for you.

Registering and Canceling online (24-hour policy):

Once you are a client, you may buy a series of classes to prepay for your space in class. Then, you may sign up for classes using this series package from your account. You may also cancel your class reservation online if it is more than 24 hours before that class is scheduled. Any client who cancels his or her reservation with less than 24-hour's notice will be charged for the class.
