Group Classes

Purely Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio teaching private sessions, semi-private sessions, mat classes, Springs and Pulley classes and reformer classes. Our clients tailor the classes to their schedules and to their personal preferences. Ask one of our certified instructors to help you to create a workout schedule that suits your needs. Build flexibility, flatten abdominals, challenge core stability, and become more connected with how your body works.

Mat Class
Pilates mat work is the core of the Pilates Method of body conditioning. This work is the most challenging, strengthening the core muscles and limbering the spine. Mat classes may use weights, flex bands, and magic circles. Mats and all equipment are provided. This class is limited to 10 people.

Springs & Pulley Class
This class adds the weight and resistance of springs to your own body weight to tone and streamline your body. Classes use a mix of mat work, spring resistance with wall units, as well as magic circles, small weights, and flex bands. The class is limited to 6 people.

Reformer Class
This class uses the Universal Reformer, a Pilates bed with springs underneath. You will learn the basic exercises on the reformer, as well as how to use the equipment and which spring settings are best for you. The class is limited to 4 people.
